There are two slideshows on this page. The images in the slideshow with the class .wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_image are 600×600 pixels. But the HTML code declares the width at 346 and 346. I can’t find anywhere in the setting etc. To adjust this, image needs to be full size or full width?

Getting a console error unable to load the following as file not found:
/plugins/jetpack/vendor/automattic/jetpack-jitm/assets/jetpack-admin-jitm.css.map
I’ve looked in the folder and can see jetpack-admin-jitm.css. Is jetpack-admin-jitm.css.map supposed to be created automatically?

Hi there,
I noticed that some of my old websites that no longer exist are still showing up in my dashboard, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to disconnect them. I’ve noticed that you’ve disconnected sites from your end in the past when people have complained of this, so please could you do the same for me.

The Facebook connection could not be made because this account does not have access to any Pages. Facebook supports Publicize connections to Facebook Pages, but not to Facebook Profiles.
I hope this is common error. How do I resolve this? The account I am using previously connected well. some days before I have disconnected for testing. after reconnect, it is failed. I have disabled the plugins and enabled, also upgrade the jetpack version, but I got the same error.
I didnt get the final page window to select, instead I am getting opened the facebook page which is wrong as per your step by step. and there is no further action to do other than close the window. after this, it popup the above error immediately.
I have tried with other page in another FB account. it is connected well. but the actual one did not connect. error seem permission to access the page. the account I am logon is full rights.
what else should I check? The existing forum does not have any other details to troubleshoot this. what should I do next? this is page I want to connect in wordpress.com through jetpack plugins.

I have just updated the plugin on 2 different websites to 7.5.3
Both resulted in Fatal errors.

I have seen similar errors reported in other posts but no apparent resolution.
I have other sites to update – is this a problem and/or is there a fix?

Is there a way, to just skip a plugin (like revolution slider) from photon image cdn?
Revolution slider is popular, but have a known conflict with jetpack image cdn, so I wonder how to just skip this one plugin, keeping the bennefit for the rest of the website.

I’d like to take advantage of JetPack’s Google Photos import integration, so I’m back to see whether I can get around my standing JetPack hurdles:
I’ve installed JetPack, enabled xmlrpc. (Strangely, my site connected to WordPress.com even before I had that On, but with errors.)
When I access my JetPack site dashboard (e.g., at https://wordpress.com/posts/{my site}), via desktop, half the time, I get the message that “This site cannot be accessed,” and JetPack invites me to “Remove Site.” The other half, although I can see an accurate post count, in place of a list of posts, I get the message, “You haven’t created any content yet” (which even JetPack “knows” is wrong, given that it can count my posts).
When I access via the iOS app, I can see the list of posts, but haven’t been able to insert media (time after time my uploads fail).
Others report the issues I’m having (e.g., https://wordpress.org/support/topic/this-site-cannot-be-accessed-11/), but I’m unaware of any solutions. My solution for years has been to not use Jetpack (it feels to me like a behemoth that hiccups a lot). But, given its Google Photos import, can anyone think of an issue that, by addressing it, would allow me to begin a smooth JetPack experience? (Alternatively, and preferably, does anyone know of another plugin that allows not just for the display of Google Photo albums but for image IMPORTING?)

Is the Jetpack/Wordpress.com Like button affected by this new ruling? I have temporarily removed it from site because it’s not entirely clear to me from https://jetpack.com/support/likes/#privacy whether data is transmitted before the user clicks the button or not.
It is also not clear to me whether a click on the “Like” button facilitates a “permission” to collect the data, if I need a specific permission in this instance, or if it is enough to explain the functionality in my Privacy Policy page.

Since about 24 hours my sites cannot get connection to the Jetpack servers. I have done several actions, Whitelisted the servers in the firewall, in Wordfence. Looked at smal and large websites with different themes and plugins.
Have run without wordfence.. No difference. XML ok. all other actions done in the FAQ list. If I use the test: https://jetpack.com/support/debug/ I get unknown error. Independent of the website I use.

Jetpack broke my site and caused a constant 503 error. My host provider troubleshot my website repeatedly but found none and suggested I deactivated my plugin, only to find out Jetpack is the culprit. My site has not showed the error since 4 days now.
Suggestion: Most Jetpack users use it mostly for the traffic stats. It would make a whole lot of sense to have a standalone jetpack Stat plugin, so that one would not install a bloated plugin only to use just one feature.

My plugin uses the “date_i18n”, “date_formats” and “time_formats” filters.
The above filter does not work for the date and time immediately under Site Stats.
What should I do?
