Tile Gallery not publishing

I’m trying to use the tile circle gallery, but it won’t appear in either preview/published forms. I can see it perfectly while working on it. But when I go to preview it, it’s blank in the preview. I also accidentally launched my site too soon, but it wasn’t on there also. I’ve followed all the directions, googled everything I could and changed to about 4 other themes. Each do the same thing. I’m at a loss.

Testimonial shows with the direct link but not anywhere else???

I thought I’d use the JetPack testimonial feature to replace my page of ‘what client’s say’. Maybe I shouldn’t use JetPack.

I created the first testimonial after following procedure to activate it in JetPack plugin. I can see this through: http://mindtechnology.com/blog/?testimonial=philip-r-berber-founder-and-ceo-of-cybercorp
BUT the text looks wrong compared to all other texts on other posts???
BUT this just goes to blog: http://mindtechnology.com/blog/?testimonial???

Big question: How do you find the testimonials? Where is the normal place to find them once you’ve posted one testimonial?

Per documentation, I added the following in the text field in that testimonial post:
[testimonials columns=1 orderby=title]
Same results

What is the advantage to using testimonials from JetPack vs creating my own pages?

This plugin was absolutely fantastic when I needed it. I moved onto a different plugin based outside of WP and decided to go and cancel my $100/year premium membership to Jetpack… only to find out that there’s an issue and WP does not recognize me as the ‘site owner’ or ‘plan purchaser’ when everything is under one account.

Not only that, but because it’s not recognizing me as the owner, I have ZERO customer support available to me. I have been trying to downgrade/cancel this plan for over an hour when it shouldn’t have to be this way. I am about to call my bank and pray they can help me get this off my account because at this rate, I feel like I may never be able to have my membership canceled.

This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I will NEVER be coming back to this plugin and my advice to Jetpack devs, if you want to retain future customers, you should really have support available to ALL of your customers.

Related Posts Slowly Disappeared

Over the past several weeks, we’ve noticed that the related posts below articles don’t seem to be working all the time. Many articles show only the title “Similar Articles” with no output below. I’ve seen other support threads with the same problem, and a re-sync of data solved the issue. Can you try doing that with our site?

Unable to insert blog

Hi
I am trying to activate the jetpack plugin by clicking “Set up Jetpack”

I keep getting the error “Error Details: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”

I have tried everything from uninstall plugin by force and via the plugin page and also checking xmlrpc etc…

Please advice

Jetpack stats showing different info on WordPress.com

Hi Support,

Jetpack Stats is showing completely different information when viewing the information on WordPress.com compared to the onsite WordPress Dashboard. The WordPress.com info is completely wrong, showing page authors that don’t exist and pages that aren’t titled, but numbered. On the other hand, viewing the Jetpack Stats when logged into the website looks to be accurate.

How do I remedy this??

When you click on her name, “Jeri Goldstein,” you’re sent to ?author=2 which does not exist. How can I change it? She wants it to go to her bio page instead.

Site Health Status Turning JetPack Error

We checked “Site Health” on the new WordPress.

It found 3 critical issues. One of them is from Jetpack: (Jetpack detected an error)

Site Health also recommended 2 things: Updating our PHP (to 7.1) and installing the optional module, imagick.

We contacted our host company and they helped us do both.

We also did a https://jetpack.com/support/debug/ and it said that “Everything looks great!”.
Site Health still says there’s a Jetpack error!

Why did Jetpack eliminate Proofreading module?

One of the most useful Jetpack features was the Proofreading module which included spellcheck. But alas, now it’s gone. Can anyone from Jetpack explain why? Is there any way to reincorporate it short of reverting to an older Jetpack version?

I have a multisite network and am trying to activate and register Jetpack to each separate website. I got the main site working along with one sub-site but my 2nd sub-site will not connect. Throws the error: Error Details: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.

The site in question is https://951thebull.com.

Went through these support forms and none of the proposed fixes helped my situation.

Hello,
I had connection problem with the Jetpack.
So I tried reinstall it.
When I try “Set up Jetpack”, it gives me this message.

Error Details: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.

I checked with other posts to check my wordpress site url at:

https://jetpack.com/support/debug/

It give me this message:
Could not validate security token
We were unable to validate a security token for Jetpack communication. Please try disconnecting Jetpack from your WordPress.com account, and connecting it again.

Please help.

JetPack Widget Visibility won’t save option

For some reason, the Visibility Widget will not save the setting. Trying to hide widgets from a page. When select the Hide then the name of the page, the toggle bar jumps back up to the first page in the list. It just won’t save hiding the testimonial page.

Stats Way Off

Anyone else seeing way higher stats than they should be today? Late last night, and today so far, we have about 400% more pageviews than Google Analytics shows, and 95% are to our homepage.

Anything wonky with the plugin today?

Spelling and grammar check no longer available

This was working for me in Gutenberg until 2 days ago when you removed the proofreading module from Jetpack (as of version 7.3). Even the changelog page at https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/#developers states (notice the typos):

Grammar and Spelling: Remove from Jetpack. We’ve chekced the spelling alot over the years, but now time to retire.

Where Jetpack was providing the module through After the Deadline (see https://jetpack.com/support/spelling-and-grammar/) Automattic seems to have removed After the Deadline plugin for Firefox too.

It was a good feature and I have found no other WordPress plugin which matches its ability. Why did you do this? Are you looking to provide a better module?
