This plugin was absolutely fantastic when I needed it. I moved onto a different plugin based outside of WP and decided to go and cancel my $100/year premium membership to Jetpack… only to find out that there’s an issue and WP does not recognize me as the ‘site owner’ or ‘plan purchaser’ when everything is under one account.
Not only that, but because it’s not recognizing me as the owner, I have ZERO customer support available to me. I have been trying to downgrade/cancel this plan for over an hour when it shouldn’t have to be this way. I am about to call my bank and pray they can help me get this off my account because at this rate, I feel like I may never be able to have my membership canceled.
This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I will NEVER be coming back to this plugin and my advice to Jetpack devs, if you want to retain future customers, you should really have support available to ALL of your customers.
