I enabled:
Enable site accelerator
Speed up image load times
In Jetpack
Now my entire media library thumbnails are all blank. Even when I add a new image the thumbnail is MIA. Just a grayed out box. When I add the image into a post they show o.k. Not being able to see the thumbnails in the media manager is a nightmare though. I have to guess which image it is.

Hi.
I have Belise Lite theme.
I have enabled 8 services.I can see them in the Live Preview.
Show Buttons On is enabled on Posts, Front Page, Archives, Search.
And I have saved the changes.
But I don’t see them on my site. So I have used AddThis as a test, and they are showing up.
But I prefer Jetpack buttons.
Please help.

Following the latest WordPress update, Jetpack forms no longer works on my site. I don’t see the icon on the posts page, and the existing forms are just a bunch of code now.
All of my plugins, themes, and WordPress is 100% up to date.

We use publicize to automatically post on Twitter. It lately stopped sharing (last was April 25) We just noticed it. Everything is connected properly. We use Classic Editor. Nothing changed in our settings. We checked and it’s still “connected” to our twitter handle. We think it’s on your end. Can you please figure out the bug? If others are complaining about sharing then most likely it’s you not us.

Hello,
I’m looking for some help. I’ve got the social sharing options from jetpack activated, so when I write a post I can choose to directly share it on my socials. I’m looking for a way to get that same menu in my portfolio template. So that when I create a new portfolio item I can share that directly to my social channels.
Does anyone know a way to do that?

It is mainly reflected in the inability to retrieve my website on the official website of wordpress. And I cannot use the wordpress client on Android or IOS to manage my website because of this problem.How can I set up CDN to make sure the Jetpack plug-in works properly and your official website can index the comments and browsing data of my website?It’s really an urgent problem that I hope you can offer me an practical solution. Hello,
i tried to connect jetpack to wordpress.com but the icome the Erroe Message “Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”
So i read aboout this issue in this Forum but thats solved not my problems.
I have deactivatet an reinstalled the Jetpack Plugin. I also have deinstalled known conflict Plugins.
The XMLRPC.php is OKAY and availble.
The Site is a Network with 2 Sites.
Can you help me please.

Hello,
I have recently noticed that it is not possible to save changes in “Customize/Additional CSS” section. When I try to do it, these errors appear:
– Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 406 ()
– POST https://my-site.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 406
and there is a pop-up message:
Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.
I am not sure if the reason of this issue is Jetpack plugin, but I Googled about it and found that some people solved it by deactivating Jetpack. In addition, this issue appeared last days, together with plugin update.
I don’t want to deactivate Jetpack because I need this plugin. Can you please check if it can be the reason of such behaviour and how to fix it?
I use Storefront parent theme and Galleria child theme.

I upgraded to 5.2 and then check Site Health. Site Health said that there was a problem with Jetpack and that I should disconnect and reconnect Jetpback. I deactivated Jetpack and then activated it again. After that, my stats are empty.
Site Health did say that the user who set up Jetpack may not exist anymore. I connected using the only WordPress account I have.
Did my site ID get changed?
How can I fix this?

Hi,
I created a staging copy of my site and it seemed to break my production site.
I’ve unistalled and installed the jetpack plugin but when I try to activate it I get the following error: “Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”
Could you help me out?

Hi all,
We’ve got a pesky little issue. I setup a staging version of a live site this morning and Jetpack decided that it would, in fact, count the staging site as the live site and put the live site in safe mode. Now that I’ve told staging that it’s staging ( define( ‘JETPACK_STAGING_MODE’, true ); ) and reconnected our live site – we don’t have any historical stats! Is there any way to look for that data and connect it back? Thanks!

Hi,
I’m having an issue with the plugin,
When I activate it, it some how breaks the CSS/JavaScript on my website,
This affects the back-end and the front-end plugins,
I’ve just been setting up my eCommerce website and it recommended me to install this plugin, I’ve registered and everything,
Once I did that it asked me to connect the site which I did and when the site refreshed the whole CSS/JavaScript wasn’t working, It’s a rather strange issue,
But I’m hoping someone can give me a little help,

The “subscribe” button on my site has worked for a couple of years, but stopped working recently. The most recent successful person to subscribe was on 3/27/2019. No one has been able to subscribe since then. People type in their email address, then click on the “Subscribe” button, then a “Success!” message appears and the person is told to check their email in order to confirm … but no email is ever received. I’ve tested this while at people’s homes and their reports are accurate. How can I fix this?

Getting “Error Details: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support” while trying to set Jetpack up again, it wasn’t recognising as one of my sites so I disconnected it but now I can’t get it to work again.

I upgraded my server to PHP 7.3, I’m not sure if it’s related, but I can’t even activate or desactivate Stats from Jetpack (there is no button anymore). I can’t see the Jetpack stats page (it says : “Désolé, vous n’avez pas l’autorisation d’accéder à cette page.”) And I can’t put the Statistique on the Dashboard of WordPress (no button for that). It’s really strange, I already tried to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack, but i really don’t know what I can do else ?

I tried to add the banner via a widget to the footer & after I clicked on it that I accepted it & it went away a small dot appeared on the screen. I thought it was the theme but after I removed the banner it went away.
So then I tried to add via a page builder to the bottom of the home page but above the footer widgets. But after I clicked on that I accepted & my page refreshed it was still there like I hadn’t accepted. Any ideas?
