Jetpack is rocking all times and found one problem in “contact info block”

Telephone schema is not showing in google schema “https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool”

Or any other’s block is available for Local Business details listing as per schema?

Pls guide or take feedback for next update for this.

Jetpack Publicize is missing

Hi,
Publicize is gone from my Classic Editor dashboard.
I deleted JetPack, set it up again, disconnected and reconnected my social accounts, turned off my caching plugin (Hummingbird), cleared the cache, but still nothing. My new posts don’t get shared.
Interestingly I have other sites on the same server and another server using the same JetPack account and these don’t have the problem.
What can I do?

Hello Team,

We are facing the issue with the function stats_get_csv. It returns the duplicate post from the function for the postviews.

The issue is showing randomly. So we are unable to track from the code. It would be nice if you can let us know something about to fix the issue.

Here is the code we have for getting the postviews.

I want to know that I have a problem with rizese it is that it does a miniaturization of the image as I am taking the direct link without rizese

The picture shows excellent
  The question when I put a direct link is it changed

slideshow block autoplay feature does not work if Windows 10 setting “Show animations in windows” is “off”.
Is there any workaround for this?

Jetpack contact form fails with Cloudfront turned on

When I turn on the AWS for WordPress plugin, my contact form fails.
Instead of showing a summary of what was submitted, it shows the form.

NOTE: my form is currently inside a display:none div, so you’ll need to unhide with your inspector to try it.

I assume there is some magical setting in Cloudfront’s behaviors that needs to be set, but their documentation is really poor and I’ve been googling for days to try to solve this.

Can the Jetpack team help me with this? Are there specific settings that will allow Cloudfront to work with Jetpack’s forms?

This site cannot be accessed

Today a red exclamation point popped up on my website and said “This site cannot be accessed”. It asks me if I want to remove site, which I do not. How do I resolve this?

Everything still seems to be working fine (I can go to WP admin, site is still up, etc.).

Jetpack Dashboard UTF8 not supported

I understand this question might be answered elsewhere, and my apologies if this question comes off as tedious, but I’m having trouble finding the specific info I need.

When I open up the Jetpack dashboard on my localhost/wordpress, I get scrolling text which tells me that utf-8 is not supported. I thought that utf-8 was the standard for wordpress… All of my programs are up to date, to the best of my knowledge.

Should I be using a different charset? If so, which one?

Publicize to Facebook not working; 500 errors every time I try to connect

I have successfully used Jetpack Publicize for Facebook and Twitter for a few years. However a few months ago it stopped working and it remains broken.

I have upgraded to version 8.0 and followed the steps described under ‘Reconnecting Services’ without success.

Whenever I try to connect my Facebook page to Publicize I get a 500 error code.

Can anyone help fix this please?

Unknown URL are adding by auto share social media posts

Hello Team,

I am using Jetpack auto share social post since from few days ago I updated my social accounts on Jetpack to share my post on Auto after that it’s showing 404 unknown URL in search console like behind URL “fbclick” or “Twitter Impression” pls check this & suggest me some better solution.

Emojis don’t appear in comments

Hi,

I was surprised to find out that emojis don’t show up in comments. If someone leaves a comment with an emoji, the comment just appears empty. Even if I edit the comment in the dashboard and add the emoji, it still appears empty, even in the dashboard. Is this a bug? Thanks!

Jetpack Image CDN Decreasing Colour Saturation of Images

Hi there,

I have encountered a problem when using the Jetpack Image CDN, that is the colour saturation of the images are decreased when the Image CDN is enabled.

I have tried to use a filter to set the image quality as 100% (as in https://developer.wordpress.com/2015/02/04/lossy-image-compression-with-photon/), but it still doesn’t help. It seems that at the moment when the image is uploaded to the CDN, the image is degraded.

Here is a comparison of the two images, that you can see the colour saturation is off by a lot (especially the orange text of “klook” and the red flower):

Getting ERROR: Could not update the Publicize connections on the remote Jetpack

I am getting an ERROR on my site EntrepreneursBio: “Could not update the Publicize connections on the remote Jetpack site. No Publicize connection created.”, when I am trying to Publicize the post to my Facebook page, how can I resolve this and Publicize the post to Facebook.

Problem with the installation

At my page hipnosisclinica.org was using Jetpack for a long time, but now, I had to do a migration to another server, and at this migration the plugin wp all in one migration make a critical error, and I need to delete all plugins from FTP to access the desktop.

Fix the problem, I try to install again Jetpack but say me “installation failed folder already exists” and I can’t complete the installation.

I don’t know how to fix this problem.

Jetpack with Woocommerce breaking certain pages

Having Jetpack and Woocommerce active is breaking certain pages on my site. Specifically the checkout and shopping cart.

On these pages some images aren’t loading and the layout is slightly broken. Disabling either Jetpack or Woocommerce resolves the issue.

Hi!
the link to the page is my site in progress of rebuilding.
I no longer use Jetpack,
though when i had my site on WP.com, I did.

I have used the importer to bring in the xml files
from wordpress.com to my wordpress.org.

I have the gutenberg plugin,
but the blocks won’t let me change the slideshow to a gallery or images.
only choice is “group” and leave as HTML.

I looked at the xml files in notepad.
the Jetpack code is heavily IDed for each image. Very difficult to edit.

Any ideas in editing the xml files and reimport them?
or is there a plugin that will help
in transitioning from a jetpack slideshow to something different?

Tiled Gallery only using full size image

I don’t know if this is Jetpack related, but recently, when I’m creating a Tiled Gallery / Adding new image to one, Jetpack doesn’t use the picture thumbnail anymore, it always uses the full width image.
In all me previous posts, it uses my Large thumbnail format (1600px) and that worked well.
Now, it shows the Full Size image in the Tiled Gallery as well as the Full size in the Carousel, which wasn’t the case previously.

Example of the latest one that I have the Full width image instead of the Large Thumbnail size.

The thumbnails are generated, example:

So something isn’t sending the right format.

Any idea?
