I’ve some problems when I try to connect my site to wordpress.com the configuration is not sync and the social media connections are not able to connect neither. I have disconnected the plug-in and i have deleted it so. I have deleted the connection between my account in wordpress.com and my site account and neither works. I have removed all the plug-ins and restored the default theme and didn’t works. So i procced to the debuggin tool and this is the result.

Tiled Galleries Not Available in Visual Editor

I have a group of students working on a website who have activated Jetpack and are wanting to take advantage of the tiled galleries available through Jetpack. It is a multisite installation, and their site is a part of the MS network. Our version of WordPress and all plugins are up-to-date. After creating a gallery using the new visual block editor, they do not have the option to “transform” it to a tiled gallery. I went in as the network admin and verified that the option to transform to a tiled gallery is unavailable. Are tiled galleries not available for multisite WP sites?

Some images load some do not error 400

Hello,

I notice something weird when using lazy load. Some images are loading and others do not.
I’m getting:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()
oddly enough, sometimes the images that did’t load do load. I’m not exactly sure what might be happening.

Images that I have upload a while ago work with no problems.

I was hoping you guys could give me a some light,

Subscribe button design broken after update

After updating to the latest version of Jetpack the blog subscribe button design is broken. Before updating, the button had the theme design. Now its grey and I cant figure out why.

Why did it change and how do I get the theme design back?

Jetpack Site Accelerator/Photon in RSS Feed?

Hello,

I have an AWS Lightsail WordPress instance running Blubrry PowerPress for a podcast. I suspect the podcast feeds (which are syndicated through iTunes and Spotify) are not serving up CDN-enabled images.

Is there a method to enforce CDN-enabled images in the RSS Feed?

Customers having issues logging in to store site

Hello,

Lately, we’ve had quite a few customers having issues when logging in to our store site(s). We run a multisite store and they are receiving a message like this –

“Jetpack has locked your site’s login page.
Your IP address 50.116.84.64 has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email. Learn More”

Never had this issue before and would like to get it handled ASAP, as it is obviously effecting sales potential.

Getting this error when activating Jetpack 7.2.1 –

XML RCP, CDN, ATTACKS!!

So whole world is changing and adopting the new WP API for their plugins. But Jetpack is using old xml-rcp which can give access to any site for all hackers.
Why you can not change this!!!? I am getting 100s of request of xml-rcp wrong username logins. Thankfully wordfence is blocking it. BUT what if hacker found my username???? It will give access to my whole site.

Any way to block xml-rcp while using Jetpack?
What is Jetpack CDN IPs so we can whitelist it and block xmlrcp reuests. It will work?

Can Jetpack Protect option handle xml-rcp attacks? We can not disable access to XML RCP because photon use it. Can Protect module is safer to prevent xml-rcp attack or .htaccess level is better?

Problems with posting by email

Hi,

Since quite some time I have problems with posting by email. Every time I reset the secret mail address, it works fine for some time, but quickly after it stops working. No error messages. Just nothing in the dashboard. It seems like the problem starts again every time Jetpack has an update ready, whether I actually update the plugin or not.

Could you help me out? It’s important for me that Posting by email keeps working, because I am a sailor and I use my wordpress site to inform family and friends when I am out on the ocean. Sometimes I only have access to mail via satphone for weeks, not having access to internet or WordPress, so I cannot fix it if the problem occurs.

Jetpack JSON admin errors. Backend timing out.

Hello,

my backend keeps timing out because it takes more than 10s to load anything.
The issue is with this type of calls:

eg.

Provided this looks like a Jetpack issue, it would be great if we could EASILY and fully disable everything we don’t need.
Also, JSON (as well as most of the modules) has already been disabled through Jetpack modules debug page.

I dont need the API, nor JSON, nor XML RPC and I would like to disable them ALL.

Jetpack high processing time when posting

When I open 9-10 posts at a time and publish the CPU load up to 100%, and if I disconnect the jetpack plug-in I do not have that load. 1 month ago I did not have this problem and my plugin was turned on, apparently from the updates can you check the problem? My site is http://www.simumods.com


Reconnection after I changed the domain name

Hi,

I just migrated my website and changed the domain name.
It says my website is already connected to the different WordPress.com user and I have to disconnect that user first, then I can connect it to other users.
But it’s the same user, so how should I reconnect the jetpack?

“Speed up image load times” cropping transparent png

I have three images all the same width. They are all transparent pngs.

When “Speed up image load times” is enabled in Jetpack, all three images are cropped to remove transparent parts of the image. I don’t want this. It messes up the way the three images look together.

Is there anyway to stop Jetpack doing this?

Project Gallery not showing in Orvis theme

Hi, I’m trying to use WP for the first time.

I’ve installed the Orvis theme, and am following the instructions on this page:Link

I’ve set up a range of projects, each with a featured image. When making the main homepage, I can’t seem to get the gallery to show. The guide (‘Portfolio Page Template’, near the bottom) suggests I just need to set my Homepage to ‘Portfolio Page Template’, but no images show. Are there another few steps that I’m missing? I’ve tried adding a ‘gallery’ block but it doesn’t look anything like the main Theme design.
