Hello,
When trying to log into my site,Jetpack seems to have locked my site’s login page. I’m recieving the notice…
“Your IP address 108.167.165.96 has been flagged for potential security violations.”
That is not my IP address though. Can you please help with this?

hey, when i turn on the jetpack plugin on the rtl version of my site the entire page is getting pushed to the left. i do not understand why. so i have turned the plugin off.
i wanted to add screenshots of the issue with and without the plugin, but i can’t see how to add images here.

Hello,
I started using Jetpack a few weeks ago but can’t find out why my images aren’t scaling properly. Tried to regenerate the thumbnails (with the plugin “Regenerate Thumbnails”) several times but didn’t work.
Maybe it is not relevant but I will provide some additional info related to the images:
I don’t use my theme’s lazy load option or Jetpack’s but separate plugin called “a3 Lazy Load”. I am also using WP Smush plugin and Cloudflare. And additional plugin called “WebP Express” to serve webp images in the supported browsers. Now, when I inspect the image it is loaded from Jetpack but it is never webp. However, Google speed tool analysis says that I “Serve images in next-gen formats” which are (JPEG 2000, JPEG XR, and WebP).
I am not sure if it is also a cache problem because every new image I tried to upload wasn’t scaled properly.

Would love to try the paid pro version, so finally getting around to updating to the newer free one first, but getting this whenever I try to activate. I’ve removed the upgrade files and tried a fresh upload, but same issue.
Initially I got this:
Catchable fatal error: Object of class [plugin name] could not be converted to string in /var/www/vhosts/[my-website]/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on line 2060
… so I removed the offending plugin, and now getting this:
Catchable fatal error: Object of class __PHP_Incomplete_Class could not be converted to string in /var/www/vhosts/[my-website]/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php on line 2060
Any ideas?
Site version is v4.9.10. Would this be rectified by joining the v5 branch?

I’m using the related post feature and it was working great. But since last week is not showing in my lastest articles, but is still working in older ones.

Fisrtly, sorry for my bad English.
As i mentioned above in the tittle, i found my Site Product’s icons (woocommerce) disappearing on iOS devices (iphone, ipad). Tried searching lots of sources in the Internet but could not fix the problem.
Finally, after disable Lazy Loading, it works!
So, Is there any ways to fix without disalbing Lazy Loading, or any updates soon?

Don’t know why, perhaps after updating WordPress the other day, but suddenly my blog name appears on the FB post which Jetpack is posting from my blog (here is the link), in addition to the post title. Any idea why that would be and what I can do about it? Looks weird… Thanks for any hints.

Second time issue has happened in two days. When I try to log in I get this message: Your IP address 149.126.76.14 has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email. Link in email I received does not work – I get this error message: {“error”:”Bad Request”,”message”:”Invalid input.”}.
I know that I can whitelist my IP address, but there are dozens of users who need to log in to view certain password-protected sections of the site. There’s no way I can whitelist every single one of their IP addresses. Is there another fix?
I posted this question to a similar thread the first time it happened but received no response. The problem seemed to resolve itself, but now it’s back. Thanks for your help.

Currently my layout makes the related posts show themselves before the page navigation (the pages are a divided post using the new post editor).
Any idea how to make the related posts show after the page navigation?

I tried to test out the Jetpack comment subscription which I’ve had active for a long time and no email was sent to my test accounts this time (no Errors). So, I decided to see if I could just removed all of the email comment subscribers and I see no way to do this.

Jetpack is the best plugin to happen to WordPress. I’m a fan but it’s so frustrating when shares don’t show and I’ve no idea why. Over the years it’s been Facebook’s fault, Jetpack’s fault, another plugin’s fault, the browser’s fault and Idunno’s fault. Sometimes it’s come right by itself, afters days or months.
What communication is there between Jetpack and, for example, Facebook when it goes down. And where can we view that so as to know whether to count or discount it as a factor. When there is that problem, it would be useful to see the error message in the dashboard. Knowing there’s a problem lessens frustration because it will be fixed.
But not knowing what the fault is, is challenging.
Not working now at an important stage as I advertise my pending book against political corruption. Fact is that visible shares encourage more shares.
I’ve deactivate and reactivated every plugin. Problem wasn’t there. I then realised it was Firefox (which has happened before). Does Jetpack communicate with the main browsers?

Hi there. I’ve tried the methods listed in all the other “jetpack locked me out” threads but I can’t access the security settings on wordpress.com – it tells me to enable jetpack manage which just pushes me back to my own web site… which… has been locked by jetpack. The e-mail unlock option doesn’t work either because it gives me an error message.
Could I please have http://www.makeup-your-mind.net unlocked please?

Is there something else I have to do to enable lazy loading of images on a custom built theme? It doesn’t seem to be working on a theme I built from scratch. I switched on the option in the settings, but does that only lazy load images that are in the_content? Is there some type of class or function I have to add to images that are hardcoded into the html to make sure they are recognized by jetpack?

This morning I had updated a few plug-ins and deleted JetPack which I believe I had installed through the WordPress.com app by accident yesterday (not sure if I was the one installed it though). But after that the entire site went down with white page Error 500, and I cannot log in to wp-admin either. Using the wordpress app I can still see some wordpress pages but nothing else worked. Try to set up JetPack again and the set up screen went no where after 5 minutes.
I need to know whether this is a Jetpack issue. And could this be fixed by deleting JetPack from FTP?

Sometimes for some users, my home page doesn’t load and instead downloads a test file with the following text: “Hi Jetpack! All systems go.”
We did add a CDN and a new firewall to the site and based on other posts about this issue it seems as though there’s a conflict there somewhere.
I would go in and disable the Jetpack monitoring in the WordPress.com account but I not longer have access to that. We don’t have Jetpack installed on this website anymore and would prefer to have it disconnected from the domain so that it doesn’t cause this file to be downloading which also takes down our site’s homepage.

I was locked out of my site by Jetpack, though with good reason as I have been the victim of a continuous brute force attack and I’m unable to get in because the solution of whitelisting the IP in the WordPress.com in Security has been disabled. I’m unable to make my site more secure from my WordPress.com end.

When we using the Jetpack auto install page – “https://wordpress.com/jetpack/connect” to get the “Jetpack Premium”.
We got the error – “That’s not a valid url.”
02.
Our wordpress url is – “https://dvlearning.net/”
03.
If install the Jetpack at backend by install the plugin, we got below error:
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://dvlearning.net [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds]
Please help to resolve the issue.
