Hello,
For some odd reason “Related Posts” isn’t working on my site on desktop but well on mobile.
Any ideas where this problem comes from?
Also, is there a way to display only post related to the same category?

I received 2 emails today asking me to moderate comments on my blog–a daily occurrence. When I click on the link, I get this message: Your IP address 192.254.236.225 has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email. Learn More. Okay, I fill in my email address and receive an email with an Unlock link. I click it and get this message: {“error”:”Bad Request”,”message”:”Invalid input.”}
Now what?

Connecting to FB works for one but not for another FB page. Why?

I understand that »something« has changed concerning the connection between Publicize and FB. And my knowledge of the FB jargon is pretty limited.
But: I have one WP-blog posting automatically to a page in FB which works fine since ~1.5 years: http://lebensraum-permakultur.de and https://www.facebook.com/LebensraumPermakultur/
Now, I would like to connect a new WP-blog in the same way to another page, but that doesn’t work. Message I receive from Publicize: “The Facebook connection could not be made because this account does not have access to any Pages. Facebook supports Publicize connections to Facebook Pages, but not to Facebook Profiles.”
And that is now what I don’t get. The two FB-Pages appear under “My Business” in FB. So, what is the difference?

Email Followers are gone

I’ve run a self-hosted WordPress blog for years and long ago I’d enabled JetPack’s email subscription features so readers could receive an email every time I published a new post. I had the blog subscription widget in the primary sidebar.
Today I noticed that some recent theme management changes I made must have removed the blog subscription widget in the sidebar, so I re-added it.
The terrifying moment comes when I see in the configuration for the widget, the “show total number of subscribers” option indicates zero (0) subscribers>
WTF?
I check in the WordPress.com account that my Jetpack plugin uses and, sure enough, there’s no email subscribers.
Now, I know with all the WordPress.com vs WordPress.org changes and the monetized Jetpack changes, that I may have missed a memo about how this information is now handled. I’ve searched for all the email subscriber migration support pages and I can’t find a smoking gun as to why my email subscribers disappeared. Could this be due to a deactivation and reactivation of Jetpack? Frankly, I don’t see how it could by a migration issue since I didn’t change sites or use of Jetpack.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

wp.me Urls Wrong after Migration

After migrating a site using wordpress from a custom VPS to the Bitnami Amazon LightSail image using the All-in-One WP Migration plugin, I found that somehow all of the wp.me URLs on the site are now redirecting to the IP address of the Bitnami wordpress instance! I never configured anything in Jetpack but for some reason it seems to have decided that the URL has changed and now it’s broken on a bunch of random pages on the site.
Does anyone know how to configure what host the wp.me service uses to generate it short links? I can’t seem to find anything mentioning how to configure it in the documentation.

Jetpack locked me out of site and recover email doesn’t work

I haven’t logged into my site for a while now and today I go to login and get the following message:
Your IP address 162.144.20.95 has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email.
But this isn’t even my IP address. I get a link sent via email. But the email doesn’t work. It says: {“error”:”Bad Request”,”message”:”Invalid input.”}
Why is my IP address showing up as another IP? How do I regain access to my site?

related posts block

I love the related posts, that appear on every post made with the classic editor.
However, I have some posts that are made with the SiteOrigin Page Builder. The related poststs don’t show there – as is mentioned in the settings. Looking online, it seems that it should be possible to add a block with the related posts. However, I have 16 Jetpack widgets to choose from but no related posts 🙁
How can I insert the related posts into the Page Builder posts?

Publicize cannot connect social

I moved my site to new server. Everything works without publicize. When I try to connect fb or twitter It shows me a connected message but turn to error message.
500 status code for “POST /sites/85524066/publicize-connections/new”
xmlrpc was already restricted with htaccess but it is not about that. I tried without restriction, the result is the same.

Any way to send subscription notification for republished post?

I’d like for Jetpack to send an email notification to subscribers when I republish a post. I have a couple of posts that I republish every year. I could have sworn once upon a time I would get emails when these were republished but not recently.
To republish, I have tried changing the date of the post to schedule it for a future date. Also, I have changed the post to a draft and then published with a new date after making changes to the post. Neither method seems to send an email.
It would be nice for subscribers to get an email notification for republished posts. Is there any way to achieve this?

#xxxxx (Loading Title) show as page title

I have seen this on my JetPack stats listings more than once. I am curious why this is happening. I have done the following:
- In JetPack settings, I clicked on Debug
- It showed that JetPack was working properly
- I copied the debug results and tried to contact the Happiness Team
- I learned that that kind of support was temporarily disabled
- I am reporting it here but without the debug output just in case there is a potential security proble
Any idea of how to eliminate this problem? Thank you,

Can’t update any settings in Jetpack

I’ve been having issues with jetpack. First, I was getting errors that jetpack couldn’t reach the jetpack servers; even though the server IPs were whitelisted. This was solved by my webhost. Now, even though I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version, I can’t update any settings. I keep getting this error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
I’m still very much a noob at WordPress and I would need step-by-step instructions on how to fix this. The webhost says this is in your bailiwick now; they’ve done what they can.

Allow Jetpack to sync Post Meta or ACF fields to help determine related posts

Is there a Jetpack filter that lets us define which post meta fields to add to the content when Jetpack syncs our posts to determine related posts? Or is there a filter where we can add any arbitrary data/content to a post’s content before it is synced? We have a ton of ACF fields where we are storing data that would be beneficial in determining post relationships.
