Is there a way to have the tiled gallery block without enabling Photon?
When i enable Photon it causes my images to disappear on some devices, but i would like the tiled gallery block.
when i try disable the toggle when enabled i get an error
Error disabling Site Accelerator. Error: Invalid parameter(s): photon, tiled-gallery, tiled_galleries, photon-cdn (Status 400)

Hi guys,
I have input this php to hide a number of pages from being displayed in the search function on my site. Unfortunately, it seems to have broken the stats bar in my administrative bar. But, stats still show on my dashboard, and also, if I navigate to the stats page directly. Is there any way to fix this issue?

I’m not sure if this is a bug but I have noticed that clicks on Bitly (bit.ly) and Amazon (amzn.to) links on my site are not getting tracked in Jetpack Site Stats. I have tested this on 3 sites hosted on different servers.

I’ve read somewhere that LinkedIn amended their sharing API recently, so when Jetpack was updated to 5.0, by default, it set visibility to “Connections Only”. Can I override this setting with a snippet? I’d like all posts to be “Public”.

We are using stats_get_csv() to show the most seen posts of a multilangual site with WPML plugin.
We are not able to filter the posts of a single language, they are all listed without distinctions.
I was looking for a solution on wpml forum too, but without success.
In this old thread – https://wpml.org/forums/topic/top-posts-pages-from-jetpack/ – they talked about the use of “suppress_filters=0”.
Is there a way to solve this issue?

I am maintaining a WordPress website that has Jetpack installed on it and
recently jetpack stopped working. The client set it back up again yesterday but
now it is only showing analytics/stats from yesterday and today. No analytics
from the past are available. The client uses these stats so they really want to
get them back. Can someone help me please.

I’ve been using Jetpack for a while, and it seems to have erratic problems with Multisite.
Particularly when creating a new sub-site. Jetpack pretty much all the time disconnects all of the Jetpack connections for all the sub-sites.
And then trying to re-connect is a pain in the neck.
Are there any fixes known?

I have few blogs, and I would like to set the sharing.
Jetpack reroutes me to Jetpack’s share settings in WordPress.com
The problem: Once I get into the page and into the Sharing settings – it’s empty, no buttons or text (the menus on the side do appear).
(My Jetpack page is in Hebrew).
Any suggestion?

Hello,
It seems like that recently the Jetpack CDN (image accelerator) doesn’t work very well. Some of my images (on two different sites) are missing.
For example, https://i1.wp.com/toest.bg/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Toest-editorial-01.jpg?zoom=2&resize=249%2C249&ssl=1 returns the following error: We cannot complete this request, remote server returned an unexpected status code (400)
Is there any known problem or something else?

I want to have a Filter at product attribute widget just like Coolblue.nl.
My problem is that when i show only the widget at “products archive”, it also shows a blank space at the “single product pages”.
It’s not hiding for 100% the code, it left some code behind.

I’m facing similar problem for my website and would really appreciate your help.
I ran into two type of situations where the posts did not publish successfully with the featured image on Facebook.
1) Some of those problems seemed to be related to image size/pixels, and might have rejected due to Facebook’s image policy (as discussed at above link).
2) But then I do see some situation where the image quality is not an issue, but still the published post is missing the featured image.

I noticed the other day that when viewing feedbacks from the plugin it is showing a date of: January 1, 1970 at 12:00 AM. Clicking on a message reflects the correct date.

I had an issue with updating my plugins. When I tried to update then, the website shutdown so I had to go into the database to disable all my plugins. All of them were able to reactivate expect, Jet Pack. I don’t want to delete this plug in because I have data there that I need. Please let me know what to do.

For the second time, Jetpack has locked me out so I can’t log into my site’s backend.
When I go to the login screen I get this message: Your IP address 162.144.20.214 has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email. Learn More.
I entered my email, and received an email:
Clicking the link below will allow you to either attempt additional login attempts or change your password for your WordPress site for 15 minutes from the ip address 162.144.20.214 (Provo, United States).
When I click on the link it takes me to a page that doesn’t exist:

The ip address it’s showing isn’t even mine. And I looked up this issue and it seems like this is a common problem with the plugin (there are a ton of threads with this exact same problem). What can I do to login?

Hello. I have question about your lazy loading functionality. Your documentations says,

So I understand that when a user loads the page, images below the current view will be not be loaded–they will be loaded as they come into view. But what about images that are already in the current view, but currently hidden? For example, my page displays an image slider at the very top of the page. The slider contains five images, but only one is visible at any time. So will your lazy load feature ensure that, on page load, only the first image is loaded, with the remaining four images loaded one at a time, only it comes time to display that particular slide?
To test, I’ve used Google’s PageSpeed insights. I’m getting some curious results. For its test of my mobile site, it reports that zero of the five slider images are lazy loading (screenshot). For its test of my desktop site, it reports that all slider images except one are lazy loading (screenshot). But I would expect this lone non-lazy load image to be the slider image that is displayed on page load, but it not–it is the second image in the this one image is *not* the image. Any explanations for these results? Why there is a discrepancy between desktop and mobile? And why does neither test return the expected lazy loaded images?
