I can’t find the place to access the wp.me shortlinks now that I’ve upgraded to WP5 and Gutenberg. In previous versions, there was a button under the permalink that I could click to get the shortlink. As I look at the permalink block now, I don’t see any shortlink information. I’ve verified via sitename.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules that shortlinks are still activated per the Jetpack support page.

Hi,
How would I center-align the text heading and thumbnails for the “Related Posts” section at the bottom of each post? I don’t want the text and pictures flush against the left side, but rather have them centered.

I enabled jetpack CDN for images. Now I see that the images are deindexed in search console. After googling,came to know that I need to add a piece of code function.php as I use Yoast for sitemap. Now I need to know the CDN URL. How do I find that ?

Jetpack dashboard tells me for Site Connection that “Your site is connected to WordPress.com. You are the Jetpack owner.” and on Account Connection that I am currently connected to WordPress.com with an username that has the website in question setup for.
When I click ‘Ask a question’ I am redirected here: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
That page tells me I am not logged in (why?). So I click the link to ‘Please login now’, am redirected to wordpress.com and ‘Log in to your account.’ I enter the correct details, but am redirected back to https://jetpack.com/contact-support/, where I am told again that I am not logged in. Try repeating this and it just cycles round doing the same thing.
I have the WordPress.com account setup in LastPass Vault, and if I go to a new Chrome browser tab and launch the login process via LastPass, it logs me in with no problem.
What’s going on? How can I log a support question via the website link?

Earlier when using Jetpack contact form, the email address entered by the user will be used as the reply-to email address in the email that get’s generated by Jetpack.
In one of the recent versions that got reverted. Any idea how to get back this feature?

So I had turned on Image Optimization in Jetpack a few weeks ago. Everything works great, except when posting a link to Facebook, it glitched out with the featured image.
Here’s what happens:
1. put link into facebook
2. facebook previews the link with a square image next to the article
3. publish facebook post, featured image disappears and it becomes a link with no image at all
Usually this can be fixed with running the link through Facebook Debugger or making the featured image bigger. but i noticed it was doing this on every article since I enabled image optimization… so i disabled image optimization, and everything started working fine again!!
the og:image tag is pulling the image from the wp servers not from my website directly, so this must be what is causing the issue with facebook links. Has anyone else noticed this issue, and is there any way to fix it other than to point the og:image directly to my featured image instead of the optimized one on the wordpress servers?

Hi! I’d like to show Jetpack Related Posts on pages, but when I use the [jetpack-related-posts] shortcode on pages, I see this error hidden as a comment in the site HTML:
<!-- Jetpack Related Posts is not supported in this context. -->
Jetpack Related Posts are displaying on posts on my test site, so the problem is limited to pages.
I used the official jetpack.com PHP code to “Display Related Posts on Pages as well”, linked below, but it doesn’t seem to work.

My test site is as stock as it gets: WordPress 5.0.2, Jetpack 6.8.1, the Twenty Nineteen theme, and the code to display related posts on pages.

I am having a frustrating problem with my photo galleries where some images look blurry in the tiled mosaic gallery AND in the carousel view, but look nice and sharp when I click “view full size” inside the carousel view.
I upload my images with the longest side sized at 2000px long, which should be a nice balance between high quality and keeping the file size down for loading, but I notice that when I right click on the blurry images in the tiled mosaic gallery and select “Open Image in New Tab” it shows the dimensions smaller. This leads me to believe that Jetpack is downsizing the images to create thumbnails and then up-rezing them in the gallery and carousel, making them look blurry.

If you pull up the full size image you can see a noticeable difference in quality.
Can someone please help me out with some suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hello,
I use the jetpack comment widget for my website but the gdpr agreement is not correct for France. The privacy policy text should be “I accept the privicy policy” to be correct. I tryied severals plugins of gdpr but they don’t work with jetpack. Isn’t it possible to change the text of the checkbox ? Or is there a plugin which work with jetpack ?

Just wondering if you guys have been having any issues with your image CDN today at all?
It’s just that I’ve been noticing slow image load times, and on occasion, they don’t load at all!
It’s happening on pretty much all of my sites, and across multiple servers, so I’m not entirely sure it’s a local config “thing” in this case.
I’ll very much look forward to hearing from you with your thoughts.

As you move between site pages (only 3) the header banner (same on all pages: fish image) loads pixelated then the header image shrinks to fit it’s header container. Unwanted and unsightly fadein effect. Any ideas on getting the image to display when fully loaded and not pixelated?
The issue does not occur consistently.

I use the Jetpack stats to monitor which links are getting clicks.
It was working fine then maybe a week or so ago, Those link clicks are no longer in the history (as if they never happened). There were a group of maybe 20 links with the same domain so they were collapsed (i.e. http://www.yahoo.com/link1, http://www.yahoo.com/link2 etc). I’ve checked another link tracking service and the clicks are still there.
Can’t think of any major changes recently. Any suggestions on how to find/recover this data?

I am creating a kind of listing site where I would be using the sidebar section for displaying the pages which are related to the page . Currently the only method available is to exclude the page based on Page id but this won’t be a feasible way if you have 10000+ or 20000+ pages. Suppose I want to list the Schools in a specific state and city having a specific course have a unique ID . lets assume the unique id is of the pattern
STCTCO01 i.e. State code,city code,course code, incremental numeric value. How can i achieve this sort of page inclusion in the widget visibility section. Please suggest me the modification I can make in the plugin to get this done

Hi!
I just updated WordPress and Jetpack plugin and all my images links are broken.
All links have now this prefix i2.wp.com. I tried to remove it by deactivating Photon but it’s still not working.
All images links on my website are not displaying anything. I can’t even see them in the media library.
I checked on the FTP that all images are there in their respective folders.
Could you pleae help?
