running wp 3.8 and latest version of jetpack error is given when "Summaries" is clicked. No recent changes have been made to our install....so I don't know how long this has existed....

Same here. AFAIK in Wordpress there is no /admin.php but there is a /wp-admin/admin.php. That looks like it might be the problem.
