Oh.... wait... Never mind.
I was logged in to the blog, so "Name" and "From" are no doubt filled in by Jetpack from login details.
It would be good if those two fields were displayed with the login details pre-filling the fields. That way, I can use a different name/email than the one used to login to my account.
