Gutenberg Form doesn’t keep the Additional CSS class

Hello.

When adding a JetPack Form block in the Gutenberg editor, the block doesn’t seem to keep the Additional CSS class.

How to reproduce the issue:

  • create a new post or page in the Gutenberg editor
  • add a new Form block to the page
  • in the Advanced section of the block settings panel, write anything in the Additional CSS class text box
  • update the post
  • reload the page in the browser

When the page reloads and you access the block settings panel again, the Additional CSS class text box is empty.

Stats module disabled, wp.stats.com still loading

Hi

I disabled all modules apart from: related posts, downtime monitor and contact form.

The wp.stats.com js is still loading on my site, dispite a cache clear etc

How can i stop this loading?

Hi,

Because of issue with my Portfolio, I deleted Jetpack

I use GTMetrix to check the performance of the site.

Before I had 97% for PageSpeed and 83% for YSlow with 2,4-3.4s of Fully Loaded Time with 58 request and 0.7Mb.

But my portfolio in the portfolio page and in the homepage didn’t load correctly.

So I tried to know why it doesn’t load correctly. I disabled all my extension, and re-activate it one per one to know it’s because of Jetpack & LiteSpeed so maybe the cache.

So I disabled the Delayed loading of images on Jetpack & LiteSpeed, now my Portfolio load correctly but only once in two time.

I tried to deleted Jetpack to know if it’s better for my portfolio, yeah it’s better but i’ve another issues now… And now with GTMetrix i’ve : 43% for PageSpeed and 90% for YSlow with 4-6 of Fully Loaded Time with 48 request and 2.14Mb

So I tried to re-install it, I delinked my site with WordPress.com and Jetpack but now I have this issue :

The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://wilial-tokenma.com [HTTP 403]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.com/support/

I tried to delete my cache, disabled all extension without Jetpack, uninstall it and re-install it (again), disabled my security option but I don’t find the way to fix it…

On my health statut i’ve :

The value of the server port is unexpected.
Try adding the following code to your wp-config.php file: define (‘JETPACK_SIGNATURE__HTTPS_PORT’, 4430);

What happens to my markdown blocks if I uninstall Jetpack?

Hello, I have posts that I’ve used Jetpack Markdown block. Now I’m considering uninstalling JetPack. I wonder what will happen with those blocks? Will I miss all the content? If yes, is there a way to go through each post and “convert” the markdown block to pure HTML/native WordPress elements?

Fatal Error message after recent update

We received a fatal error message after the recent update to Jetpack

“Fatal Error: Uncaught error: Class’Jetpack_Signture’ not found in Home/nginx/domains/ireadlabelsforyou.com/Public/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-client.php:60…”

There’s a lot more to the message – I apologize but I cannot seem to copy the content of the message so I cannot paste it in here.

Is there a way to attach a screenshot so I can show it to you?

I don’t actually understand what this error means so I could use some advice about what this is and what needs to be done to correct it.

Unable to connect jetpack to my wordpress.com account

Hi,

I’m actually trying to connect my jetpack plugin to my wordpress account, and got this error message :
Details d’erreur: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://www.renaultwind.club [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds]

I’ve tried to search here a solution but can’t find a way to solve this.

Does anyone have a clue ?

For information, i’m in the lastest release of wordpress (and jetpack)
I did not had any problem to connect my akismet account earlier today.

In my search for WHY I have a few images prepended with http://i1.wp.com/ (http://i1.wp.com/mydomain.com/wp-content/…) It appears it’s jetpack that’s doing it?? However I haven’t activated jetpack.

Regardless, I don’t much care if it’s going to do this, but it needs to use SSL! I’m getting mixed content errors on my https website.

A fix would be appreciated! Any ideas?

Related Posts – only pull from specific tag

Hi all, I am trying to add a filter to Jetpack so that related posts will only come from a group of posts with a specific tag. In other words, pick any random post on the site, its related posts will just be any three of about a dozen posts with a specific tag. Is this possible? Thank you in advance.

I update Jetpack to version 7.5.2 but it don’t work because there is incompatible with our PHP version.

But we can’t update our PHP version for technical reason.

How downgrade this plugin ?

got same prob as someone and after read posts didn’t find solution.
i got this message :

Hello, good morning, I have this web site where I installed your plugin but the dashboard throws me the next error

I checked with my hosting provider and they say that they can not modify their execution time.
If I buy your payment version of the plugin can you solve that problem without having to modify my server?

Hi all.
I get this error when trying to connect my site to facebook to automatically share new posts.
500 status code for “POST /sites/115082663/publicize-connections/new”

I read some stuff here and it suggests contacting my hosting to check it up. I did and they said
“it looks like Mod Security does block certain xmlrpc requests and that’s likely what is happeneing here. I have this disabled for your cPanel now, go ahead and try this set up again and lets see what you get.”

Aterr he did this, i tried again but the error was still there. I asked him to re-enable it again to try, he did but the error remained.

I asked him to copy the error log for me, which he did, and here it is:

Hello,

We have created a WP.com account and have connected it to JetPack on our website, but JP keeps displaying this message “Jetpack is powering your site, but to access all of its features you’ll need to create an account.”. When I click the “Create Account” button, the page is refreshed and the following error is displayed:

Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. If you have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed, deactivate W3 Total Cache, try to Connect to WordPress.com again, reactivate W3 Total Cache, then clear W3 Total Cache’s cache.

When I visit https://www.todayville.com/xmlrpc.php, the following message is displayed:

XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

I have run this terminal command:

curl -A ‘Jetpack by WordPress.com’ -d ‘<methodCall><methodName>demo.sayHello</methodName></methodCall>’ https://www.todayville.com/xmlrpc.php

and this is what is returned:

Any ideas on why we are having such issues?
