Hi Support,
I was referred to the forums via chat, but this is a server-level issue that I cannot resolve from my end.
I’m trying to connect Jetpack and Google Listings & Ads for WooCommerce. After extensive troubleshooting, I’ve confirmed that the server is blocking xmlrpc.php
, which Jetpack and WooCommerce both rely on.
Here’s what’s been tested:
- Jetpack is installed and appears connected
- Google Listings plugin fails to detect Jetpack
wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack-debug
shows “not allowed” (even for admin)https://heavenlygiggles.com/xmlrpc.php
returns no response at all (confirmed via curl test)- Wordfence, Cloudflare, and caching have been disabled temporarily — the issue persists
- Jetpack’s own diagnostic tool reports a 520 error due to XML-RPC failure
Can you please assist with the following:
- Confirm if XML-RPC (
xmlrpc.php
) is disabled or filtered at the hosting level - Whitelist or enable this endpoint for Jetpack to sync properly
- Check for ModSecurity or firewall rules that could be silently blocking or suppressing it
This is preventing Jetpack and WooCommerce from functioning correctly.

Please let me know if you need temporary admin login or server logs — happy to provide anything needed.
Thanks in advance,
