That's right, if you disconnect Jetpack before exporting your db and then reconnect on your live site, everything should be fine.

Excellent, the filter should check for => 3.6 AND the presence of multiple mp3 files in the audio shortcode attribute, and then fall back to the legacy Jetpack player.
