Do you use any redirection plugins, or did you add custom rules to your site's .htaccess file? If so, could you try removing them, and let me know if it helps?
Is it possible and if so how to create a list of emails to contact ? admin,author,editor,etc in a drop down selection?
I'm afraid that's not possible with Jetpack.
