Thanks. You'll forgive me for saying that's a really dumb place to hide the deactivation button. :)
Incidentally, there were no options in my "Enabled" or "Hidden" areas. They were ALL in "Available" and I still got four buttons, as I said. That's why I was looking for an off switch.
