It really looks like you have a lot of problems with this free Jetpack software as a service.
Have you considered looking for alternatives to use? This topic really doesn't explain what problem you are having except that it crashed 100 websites this morning.
If that's the case then you should itemize what you use this plugin for and replace it. Except for the WordPress.COM portions like photon and WordPress.COM comments, WordPress.COM stats, etc. the rest can be replicated using other plugins.
