The options:
NOTIFY ME OF FOLLOW-UP COMMENTS BY EMAIL.
NOTIFY ME OF NEW POSTS BY EMAIL.

are note appearing in the contact form under my current theme (Wp Bootstrap) however they do in other themes;

where should I be looking in the code to debug it?
