Your site is using a plugin called Facebook Thumb Fixer to output the tags that Faceboo uses. That caused duplicate tags to be output in your site, which Facebook didn't like. Your code removed Jetpack's tags, but I have submitted a patch to Jetpack to automatically remove Jetpack's tags if that plugin is present, so that you and other people who use that plugin don't have to use the code you used.
