lklawless on "[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Set Publicize form on posts to show rather than hide"

I'd like the Publicize form on posts to default to being open, rather than having to click "edit" on every single post. Is there a way to modify the ui.php file in order to set this as the default view?
