same problem here... i've tried disable every function in Jetpack but the featured posts were still invisible... the glitch is that it doesn't hide the featured posts, instead it seems like Jetpack has some kind of disabled the "featured post feature"... the featured posts were listed as usual - as if they're not featured posts...
