I ran one of your pages through the Facebook debugger:
As you can see, there are a couple of complaints from Facebook. You are using Yoast's plugin to generate your og:meta tags, so you should ask him for support regarding the missing fb:admins and fb:app_id tags. As for the image not being there, the image that you included in your post is 300 x 199 pixels. They need to be at least 200 by 200px. Yes, 1 pixel made the difference! Try including a bigger picture and let me know how it goes.
