amygibbsuk on "Cannot activate jetpack"

I accidentally deactivated jetpack and after reactivating cannot enabke any modules. To test i installed a new copy of WP 3.6 and ONLY jetpack. I still cannot enable anything - there is no enable button etc. When trying to access custom CSS I get the following error:
