Same issue here. I have a lot of blogs and I noticed that only happens on sites with custom permalinks.
I didn't any change, just stop working, one site has Jetpack Versión 2.3.5, and the other Versión 2.3.4, both posts wrong urls, both had custom permalinks that includes category in the permalink
