Step 1: Backup website and DB
Step 2: Deactivate all plugins
Step 3: Connect Jetpack to wordpress.
IMPORTANT: If you still cannot connect to jetpack with no plugins activated, you have an incompatiable theme and should contact your author.
Step4: Re-activate all your plugins you need.
