@pazzaglia1 You do not need to edit your wp-config.php file, as your XML-RPC file doesn't include any whitespace:

Something else must be tampering with the Toolbar Notifications on your site.
Could you try to deactivate all other plugins on your site, one at a time, and let me know if you find a conflicting plugin?
