@John These 2 posts are different:
- The first one appears on the Google+ platform. The button counts change when someone +1's that post on Google+. The 6 G+ are related to that specific URL.
- The second one appears on your site, and Google counts the number of people who clicked the +1 button on that page, and that page only.
