Could you go to your client's site, and check the Feedbacks menu in the dashboard? Are the Feedbacks stored there?

If they are, the problem is most likely caused by an issue with the server's email settings. Unfortunately, I won't be able to help you with that, but your client's hosting provider should be able to help.

If Feedbacks do not appear in the Feedbacks menu, the problem could be caused by a conflict with another plugin. Could you try to deactivate all other plugins, one at a time, and let me know if one of them conflicts with Jetpack Contact forms?

Wow, that is very odd! I don't know what could have been causing that, but I suspect some strange conflict with Genesis. If you ever come across anything like that again, let me know. If you'd like to investigate it more right now, you'd have to put an image widget back on the site so I can have a look at it. Thanks!

It seems that you are not able to access resources loaded from WordPress.com. Do you experience any issues when trying to access http://wordpress.com/ ?

It sounds like the plugin was imprperly installed and was missing some files. I'd suggest reinstalling it by uploading the files through FTP; there may have been a problem with your server when you installed it originally.

It's apparently just the Metro theme, because I've never had an issue with the image widget on any other Genesis theme.

I don't think I do have any plug-ins that effect the status of my posts (they are mostly things like automated back-ups, social network icons, a related posts engine, a comments captcha, and Google Analytics). I don't actually have JetPack's "publicize" hooked up, it's just the automatic e-mails that go out. If I check my day-to-day page view chart and hover a re-scheduled day, it will list 2 posts as being published, even though one of them was re-scheduled and did not actually go live. It occurs to me that this could be an error that has nothing to do with JetPack, but I am fairly certain that all my subscribers are run through JetPack (the subscription widget is JetPack run, and the JetPack page is the only place I see how many subscribers I have).

I'm having the same issue in several domains.

I would LOVE to change the text (value) on the submit button without having to edit the plug-in's grunion php file. How can I override this in my functions.php file?
